Bulk Prep

The Bulk Prep consists of five meals per day, six days a week. Breakfast, mid-morning, lunch, mid-afternoon and evening dinner.  We have designed this prep to provide you with the right amount of nutrition to live a healthy balanced diet but increase your protein intake.

The principal aim for the bulk plan to assist you in gaining muscle and is designed to run alongside a very active or gym orientated lifestyle.

This is a subscription plan, paid every one or four weeks and requires one week notice for cancellation.
